Matthew Modine’s Dr. Martin Brenner appears to have been one of the final deaths in Stranger Things 4, but the actor refuses to believe his character is gone forever. Brenner, commonly referred to as Mel Bobby Brown’s “Daddy,” was cast multiple times in the penultimate episode of season four. No character immediately announced that Baba was dead, but he was last seen bleeding on the desert floor with no one seeming to have to save him.

How did one survive?” And when Eleven tried to use her power against Dr. Brenner after he blew three guards in the air , frustrates her without hesitation and says, “You didn’t think it would be so easy, did you?” You couldn’t get him to work on it. Is there something more to Brenner than meets the eye?
Maybe Baba possessed some kind of supernatural ability that allowed him to survive gunshot wounds, or maybe not. Either way, Modine said he “didn’t want to believe” his time on “Stranger Things” ended because “I can’t wait to work with Millie again. I say Millie, because I don’t have anything to do with the other cast members – except for Paul Reiser.”
“I love the power of redemption. I love the what or what It represents,” Modine continued, noting that he wanted Eleven to forgive Papa in the show’s fifth and final season. “It is clear that the only children he tormented alive that we know are Eleven and Kali. I think Vecna, if there is anyone to save. It will be the moment when they forgive Brenner and give him their blessing.”
Modine added, “The horror of what Brenner did is to accept and understand his guilt in the death of all these children for what one did. So, if Eleven and Kali, or only Eleven, and sent him, forgive him, he will spend the remaining days of his life realizing that he has been forgiven but he must He takes responsibility for what he did.”
