At the end of the third season, Special Agent Ortiz leaves for Los Angeles in order to care for his ailing father. Returning to the City of Angels will, in all likelihood, be bittersweet for Ortiz, who quit his job as an officer in an LAPD gang unit. It wasn’t long before the FBI called and changed coasts to Washington, D.C. and the FBI’s counterterrorism unit. Of course, this was not as satisfying as chasing the country’s most wanted man. Now, Ortiz is much wanted in Los Angeles with his father.
