Rosenberg, TX (KTRK) – 18 inverted wheels block lanes in both directions on the main lanes of Interstate 59 near FM 529 in Rosenberg.
The accident was reported on Tuesday at around 5:30 a.m.
SkyEye captured a video at the scene as crews cleaned up the massive mess.
What appeared to be some kind of liquid spilled out in the northern direction, blocking several passages in that direction.
In the south direction, traffic is diverted away from the outgoing FM 529 as drivers turn toward Rosenberg. Drivers are urged to take US 90 as an alternate route.
As of 6:45am there were no delays but the traffic could probably get worse.
