After a short public beta run, OnePlus has started rolling out the OxygenOS 13 stable update for OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro. According to recent reports, the update is rolling out to both beta participants and those using the latest stable version of OxygenOS 12 in all regions. If you have not received the update on your device, we have provided download links for all the variants that you can easily flash on your phone.
OxygenOS 13 for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro brings all the new features Google introduced in Android 13. The update also includes a bunch of additions from OnePlus, such as a new Aquamorphic design, Spotify integration, Bitmoji on the lock screen, improved Home screen folders, Private Safe 2.0, and more. It also packs the October 2022 Android security patches.
Although OnePlus has not officially announced its rollout, screenshots shared by users on the company’s community forums reveal that the update brings the following changes during the second beta update:

- Improves system stability and performance.
- Fixes an issue where the Quick Settings panel could sometimes not be pulled down.
- Fixes an issue with scrolling lag in the notification drawer.

To manually download the update on your device, move the update package to the root folder of your internal storage, then go to System updates option in the device settings, tap the gear icon on the next screen and then select local upgrade Selection.
