Why do police officers, so often, seem to be just extra tax agents designed to entrap citizens with unjustified fines and make our lives more difficult?
On the flip side, yes, traffic laws are important and if they are not put into practice in some areas, there will be pandemonium. Unfortunately, issuing tickets may be the best way to make sure they adhere to these traffic laws.
