Robert Pattinson, Bong Joon Ho’s “Mickey 17” Release Date First Look

Director Bong Joon Ho’s next film “Mickey 17”, starring Robert Pattinson, will hit theaters in 2024.

Warner Bros. movie It is currently in production and will debut on March 29, 2024.

The science fiction story is based on the novel by Edward Ashton, which he described Book publisher st. Pattinson will play an “expendable” – a disposable employee of a human expedition sent to colonize the ice world of Nifheim – who refuses to let his alternate clone take his place.

Besides Pattinson, the cast includes Stephen Yeun, Naomi Ackie, Toni Collette, and Mark Ruffalo.

The film is produced by Plan B Entertainment, Dooho Choi from Kate Street Picture Company, and Bong Joon Ho under the Offscreen, Inc. banner.

“Mickey 7” is Bong’s first film since “Parasite,” which became the highest-grossing South Korean film in history, as well as the first non-English-language film to win Best Picture at the Academy Awards. Out of six Academy Award nominations, the quirky black comedy won awards for Original Screenplay, Director, and International Feature. Before Parasite became a sensation, Bong was known for his blockbusters like Snowpiercer, The Host, Okja, and Barking Dogs Never Bite.
