The event, which was held at a private residence on Miami’s The Palm, included a panel discussion moderated by Mr ARTnews Editor-in-Chief Sarah Douglas talks about the intersections between the art and consumer luxury goods industries, the rapid expansion of the art industry, and how social media and the Internet in general are changing how artists are discovered, screened, and eventually signed by galleries.
