Jane Weedlin, the co-founder of The Go-Go’s, paid tribute to Terry after the news. The band’s song “Our Lips Are Sealed” was co-written by Terry, and Jane explains that the song was born out of a brief relationship between her and Terry.
“Our very short romance resulted in “Our Lips Are Sealed,” which will forever bind us in music history,” she said, adding that Terry was “a lovely, sensitive, talented and unique person.”
