According to the Houston-Galveston Watchstanders, they received a notification at 1:45 a.m. from Galveston Sea Tow personnel that they were on their way to a malfunctioning 37-foot schooner pulling anchor off Matagorda Bank with two people on board. Houston, Texas — The Coast Guard and the Texas General Office (GLO) are responding to a pollution incident in Tubbs Bay near Baytown.
