Then there were four. The 2022 NCAA Women’s Championship is nearing completion, with one team standing inside Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as the national champion.
The remaining four teams in the NCAA Championship are the South Carolina Gamecocks, Louisville Cardinals, UConn Huskies, and Stanford Cardinal. These programs will meet on Friday, April 1, as the two winners will compete in the National Final.

Fourth NCAA Women’s Championship Final Schedule
1 South Carolina vs. 1 Louisville – 7:00 p.m. ET – ESPN
No. 1 Stanford vs. No. 2 Yukon – 9:30 p.m. ET – ESPN
The first match in the Final Four will be between South Carolina and Louisville. The Gamecocks beat the No. 10 Creighton Bluejays with an 80-50 victory to reach the Final Four for the second year in a row. Meanwhile, the Cardinals defeated the Michigan Wolverines 62-50 and reached the National Semifinals for the first time since 2018.
It’s 9:30 pm. ET That night, Stanford faced UConn. The Cardinal defeated the second-placed Texas Longhorns 59-50 to seal a spot in the Final Four. Stanford is looking to defend its national championship, but UConn will be looking to eliminate them in the semi-finals. The Husky scored a thrilling double-over-time win 91-87 over the North Carolina State Wolfpack, 27 points behind Paige Bueckers.
