ESPN had some audio issues during the first game of the Minnesota Timberwolves vs Memphis Grizzlies series, and the NBA Twitter had had enough.
With all due respect to the Utah Jazz vs Dallas Mavericks series, there was no Luka Doncic for Game 1, so more fans were excited to see how the Timberwolves would be against Ja Morant and Memphis.
However, midway through the first half, fans were treated to an unexpected way as the world leader had some audio issues. While it has since been fixed in much of the country, NBA Twitter has been annoyed to say the least.
Needless to say, basketball fans will be looking for every reason to complain about ESPN’s coverage.
ESPN Audio Problems
ESPN went to commercials with audio issues, came back from said ads, and still had the same issues. NBA fans really couldn’t believe the incompetence.
Poor Stephen A. left. Smith on an island. Sure, the production truck was there to help, but SAS is more known for its stuff, not its comments.
Ready…. a job!
TRUE. Very few fans know how much work goes into live productions, especially in the playoffs. The madness must be in the truck by now.
No wonder so many NBA fans have been searching for the Timberwolves Radio Network. Thanks, ESPN audio problems.
