Arch Manning reveals top 3 schools but two SEC teams loom like dark horses

Everyone seems to want Arch Manning, but there seem to be only a few teams the quarterback is interested in.

The best midfielder for the 2023 recruitment category has been unlocked until Sam Spiegelmann from On3 About the schools leading the race for his commitment, where he can make official visits and two SEC programs in an effort to make up.

Arch Manning has a few different schools he seems to be interested in and two of them are a bit surprising, all things considered.

Manning looks down on the Georgia Bulldogs, the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Texas Longhorns, and that shouldn’t be shocking to anyone. All of these programs have been linked to Manning for quite some time now.

However, the Florida Gators and LSU Tigers getting some attention is a bit of great news.

Georgia, Texas and Alabama are the favorites for Arch Manning but LSU and Florida hope to stay in the race for the best recruit in the 2023 class.

While Florida and LSU are two notable programs anyone would be lucky to play for, neither of them has really looked quite stable in recent years, and as such, they have brand new head coaches.

“I’ve had some conversations with Florida. I’ve heard a lot of good things about coach (Billy) Napier, so I might want to check in and see what he’s all about,” Manning told Spiegelman.

But Manning cited both these new coaches, Billy Napier and Brian Kelly, as reasons why he’s interested in visiting Florida and LSU.

“Coach (Brian) Kelly knows how to win,” Manning said. “He won pretty much everywhere he went.”

Manning, a native of New Orleans, would be a massive star at LSU and Napier spent the past few years in Louisiana before leaving for Florida.

It remains to be seen exactly where the young midfielder will end up. It’s pretty safe to say that he’ll almost certainly be a novice wherever he goes and of course, there are a number of schools who are hoping to try him.
