The Cowboys had another disappointing end to their season last year, but fans should be optimistic as these players prepare for big years in 2022.
Cowboys fans are frustrated after another nasty playoff loss last season, but the talent on their team is undeniable on both sides of the ball. If the team can put it together, they have the talent to go above and beyond losing in the Wild Card Tour.
The Cowboys have quite a few players with the potential to win trophies in 2022, and this will go a long way in ensuring the team has a more successful season than last year.

3. CeeDee Lamb, WR – Offensive Player of the Year
CeeDee Lamb’s first two seasons in the NFL were explosive. His first year, with 74 passes for 935 yards and five touchdowns, caught the attention of Cowboys fans and NFL fans alike, as he achieved what everyone expected after falling to the team in the first round.
Even with Amary Cooper on his side for the past two seasons, he managed to become Dak Prescott’s target. Last season saw him have a statistically better year, hitting 79 balls for 1,102 yards and six touchdowns. His yards are ranked 16th among all recipients, but that number is expected to only grow in 2022 with the departure of Cooper to Cleveland and teammate Michael Gallup who is suffering from an injury.
Lamb is preparing for a career year and if he can piece it together, along with another massive passing season for Prescott, he should fight for the top of the wide receiver ratings in ’22, making him a deceptive candidate for offensive player of the year.
