After an amazing season in 2021, linebacker De’Vondre Campbell gave credit to the Green Bay Packers.
Months into the start of 2021 in the league, the Green Bay Packers decided to add to their squad by signing De’Vondre Campbell, who was formerly of the Arizona Cardinals. Significantly signed for both parties, Campbell was selected for the All Pro First team. He was then rewarded with a lucrative off-season contract.
Campbell posted on Twitter a message about those who doubted him during his seven years in the league. After a fan responded that he was tough with the Hawks, Campbell discussed the number of responsibilities he had with the team. Campbell then credited the firm with “listening” to him, saying “Look what happened.”

What happened was the All-Pro season.
Campbell spent the first four seasons of his career with the Falcons, starting in 54 games out of 59. He scored 363 total tackles, 16 defensive passes, 5.5 sacks and three interceptions in that span.
After spending the 2020 season with the Cardinals, Campbell joined the Packers on a one-year deal and was promptly named to the starting line-up.
Through 16 games, Campbell has scored 146 combined tackles, six quarterbacks, five defensive passes, two bags, two interceptions, and two forced passes. With those numbers, Campbell was named to the All-Pro First-team for the first time in his career.
In this off-season, the Packers decided to reward Campbell, who hit free agency. Therefore, they agreed to the terms of a five-year deal worth $50 million. Now, he is set to be the team’s primary midfielder for the foreseeable future.
Campbell struggled with Hell for a year, and he gave the Packers credit for listening to him.
