San Diego Padres star Mane Machado left Sunday’s third game after a horrific ankle injury.

He sustained an ankle injury after hitting a ball in front of the house board. When he was running below the baseline and when his foot hit first base, he slipped off the back of the base and rolled his ankle.
Machado, 29, had to help Padres’ coaching staff off the field and could barely put any weight on him.
