The Buckeyes beat USC, Alabama in another five-star WR

Ohio State Soccer already has the deepest receiving teams in the country. They only get stronger with Brandon Ennis’ five-star commitment.

Ohio State’s quest to grab the title of Wide Receiver U once and for all is on track with its second commitment to the five-star wide receiver in two days.

On Tuesday, Brandon Ennis made his pledge to the Buckeyes, following in the footsteps of fellow five-star WR Carnell Tate, who committed on Monday.

Thankfully, Ennis wrote on Twitter with his parents, brother, sister, and all the coaches and coaches who mentored him and all the college coaches who recruited him.

Inniss has been closely associated with the USC, with some Crystal Ball predictions on 247Sports pointing to Trojans. He also recently made an official visit to Alabama.

The huge week the Buckeyes reception room has been through cannot be overstated. Tate is the 28th player and 3rd receiver in the nation, for all 247 sports. Ennis beats him at number 18 nationally and second in position.

Joining Ohio State in 2023 means reloading the already elite pool of sites with the best potential talent.

This is another victory for Brian Hartline, who recruited the slick WR at an astonishing level. Since 2020, he’s picked up five five-star wide receivers from Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Julian Fleming to Emeka Egbuka and now Tate and Inniss. The former two are expected to solidify the 2022 receiving corps before moving to the NFL just in time for two more five-stars to take their place.
