NBA Rumors: Donovan Mitchell is now trading Jazz role in reverse

“Following an earlier closure of inquiries about the transfer of All-Star guard Donovan Mitchell, rival teams say the Utah Jazz are showing a willingness to listen to potential trade scenarios, sources tell ESPN,” Wojnarowski tweeted on Tuesday.

Jazz gained a great deal of importance for Joubert. Along with four first-round picks, the Timberwolves ditched Malik Paisley, Patrick Beverly, Leandro Bolmaro, Jared Vanderbilt and Walker Kessler in the 2022 first round.

According to Lugnarowski, Utah will charge a similarly “expensive” price for Mitchell.

“Jazz is open to trading all over the list as well, but Mitchell is certainly the organization’s most valuable and desirable asset,” Wojnarowski tweeted.

This isn’t the first time Mitchell has taken part in the business talk. He was reportedly uneasy due to head coach Coen Snyder’s resignation and there was talk that he would seek a business deal himself.

The Knicks and Hits were immediately linked to potential deals for Mitchell.

Tony Jones from Athletic that New York will put together a trade deal. However, he also cautioned that Utah is nowhere near actual trading for Mitchell.

“Like Joubert, they have absolutely no problems keeping him. Either the team is going to meet the crossbar to make this a forum, or it’s going to be with jazz. They don’t give up on him, Jones tweeted.
