A former Dallas Cowboys scout says he can see team owner Jerry Jones making a deal with a certain San Francisco 49ers player.
The Dallas Cowboys had a strong regular season, winning the NFC East title and seeing their defense be the bright spot for their team. However, they were eliminated on the Wild Card Tour by the San Francisco 49ers in a heartbreaking fashion. This off season, they lost players due to salary cap problems.
But can owner Jerry Jones get a trick up his sleeve?

Behind him on the depth chart is Michael Gallup, who the team re-signed to a five-year, $57.5 million contract. James Washington finished in the top three on the depth chart, which Dallas signed for one year after playing the first four seasons of his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Does this mean that Samuel’s transition is definitely happening? no. But, Samuel’s standing with the 49ers during training camp is well worth pursuing.
