Erik ten Hag hasn’t been in the job for long, but Manchester United clearly don’t have the perfect team to implement his tactics. That’s why the Premier League giants have been scouring the transfer market looking for strikers who can score at Old Trafford.
The latest name to enter the Manchester United transfer rumor mill is out in favor of Blues Hakim Ziyech. The Moroccan striker opened his Premier League campaign as an underused substitute for Thomas Tuchel’s side. The fact that he and Ten Hag worked together at Ajax makes his move from Chelsea to Manchester United an obvious possibility.
Could Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech be fit for Manchester United?

Despite his struggles at Chelsea, it is highly likely that Ziyech could give Ten Hag an immediate boost given his knowledge of the coach’s system. Chelsea officials understand that. Expect any negotiations over Ziyech’s move to Manchester United to move at a slow pace as Chelsea look to beat their league rivals.
