At BKFC 27 London, Mike Perry defeated Bellator Page star Michael “Venom” by majority decision after six rounds.
Saturday 20th August was a busy day for fight lovers. While there was Oleksander Usyk’s fight against Anthony Joshua boxing and UFC 278, there was also BKFC 27 in London. The card’s main event was Michael “Venom” versus “Platinum” Mike Perry. Will the Bellator star be able to claim his first fight win on his debut? Or Berry will stand tall at the end.
After the fight went to the full five rounds, a sixth round was called between Big and Perry after the judges scored a split tie. After the sixth round, Perry won by majority decision.

After the fight, Perry took some time Controversial boxer Jacques Paul has been summoned. Perry noted that Paul needed an opponent after his fight with Hashem Rahman Jr. was called off due to weight issues. Perry called himself “Battle of Money” and said he’d be willing to “put the pillows back in” if Paul was “afraid”.
Now undefeated in BKFC, Perry won his first match at KnuckleMania II on February 19, defeating Julian Lane.
As for MVP, he is now 0-1 in BKFC. In his last fight before BKFC 27, Paige lost to Logan Sturley in the Interim Lightweight Championship at Bellator 281 this past May.
