Donovan Mitchell has 3 favorite business destinations

Donovan Mitchell will likely be the next NBA star to be traded

The Utah Jazz moved in on Wednesday night, taking Tallinn Horton Tucker and Stanley Johnson of the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Patrick Beverly. However, there’s a good chance they haven’t finished dealing, and Donovan Mitchell might be next on the go.

Athletic’s Tony Jones recently reported (subscription required) that Mitchell didn’t actually ask for a deal from The Jazz Companyrecent reports have indicated Mitchell is content to stay or Going. The feeling is mutual, The Athletic also reports that the Jazz are comfortable entering the season with Mitchell still on the roster.

As of Thursday morning, Jazz has had multiple shows, none of which seem imminent.

Donovan Mitchell has three favorite business destinations if he’s going to move

Donovan Mitchell, although he wouldn’t mind staying with the Jazz, has revealed the three bands he’d like to trade with. According to Tony Jones, his favorite destinations are the New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat.

The two teams in New York make a lot of sense, as Mitchell grew up in the New York area. Miami has always been a star player due to its favorable weather and reputable winning culture.

Of the three teams, the Knicks are the only ones with the chops to complete the deal Utah wants, according to Jones. Both other teams will need creativity to seal the deal. Brooklyn will need to be especially creative as CBA rules prevent them from making a roster for both Ben Simmons and Mitchell concurrently because they both signed up to max stretches for designated starters.

However, the Knicks and Jazz are nowhere near a deal. One might assume that a player like RJ Barrett is a sticking point in the deal, as Jazz recently rejected an offer centered around Obi Toppin, Evan Fournier and draft pick.
