Roman Reigns retained the undisputed WWE Universal Championship over Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle 2022.

McIntyre managed to hit a pike and Claymore on Reigns, but the referee was pulled from the ring by Sequa. This allowed Reigns to hit the distracted McIntyre with a spear of victory.
