The Green Bay Packers’ misfortune continued into the first week, as the Minnesota Vikings defeated them 23-7.
Last year, the Green Bay Packers had the worst possible start to their season, falling 38-3 to the New Orleans Saints. They didn’t get as low as that game, but were no better off in their 2022 season opener against the contender Minnesota Vikings.

Green Bay will be looking for a Week 2 win against the Chicago Bears, who defeated the San Francisco 49ers 19-10. As for the Minnesota, they are looking to go 2-0 next week with a victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, who held off the Detroit Lions 38-35.
