With each batch of college football rankings, there are always more questions than answers.
Week three is coming, but we still have a few lingering questions about a few of the top 25 teams in his latest college football rankings. News agency.
To be fair, these questions aren’t about the ratings themselves, but more about are these top-tier teams good enough to seriously compete for the championship? Some might view it as a three-team race for the National Championship title, but someone else has to run into a college football game to win the top four. Of course, there are a lot of teams that have serious aspirations in the playoffs…
Here are five questions about the top 25 still-slightly programs going into week three.

Two games later, the Georgia Bulldogs climbed from third place all the way to number one in the AP Top 25. and FCS Samford in their home game opener. While they’re on a shortlist of teams that could seriously win it all with Alabama and Ohio State, are Dogs better prepared to repeat?
It’s early days, but Ohio State had its offensive problems with Notre Dame, a team that has yet to win a game under Marcus Freeman. Last week, we saw Nick Saban on the verge of falling for his former third sponsor Steve Sarkissian. Alabama needed a field goal in the last second to avoid upsetting the Texans in the DKR. At the moment, Georgia looks like the most complete team in the country, but a lot can change.
The Dawgs have a tough, sneaky game on Saturday, where they play in South Carolina.
