The Dodgers 2022 had it all – arguably one of the best teams in regular season history brimming with talent thanks to willing-to-spend ownership and a pre-fab farm system. Then they hit the San Diego Padres saw.

As for the dodgers, they start now. So, what should we expect?
1. Loyal Craig Kimbrill will not return with the Dodgers in 2023
The Los Angeles Dodgers made a bold move during the spring to move forward long-timer Kenley Jansen and award the assignment to Craig Kimbrel After AJ Pollock traded the Chicago White Sox for the right hand.
Kimbrel has been one of the most popular balms for nearly a decade, but lately it’s seemed like a shell of his former self. Kimbrel scored 22 saves in 2022, and he also has five blown saves and a 3.75 ERA.
The Dodgers left Kimbrel off the NLDS roster, which is itself a statement that the Alabama native will not be returning to Hollywood next season. Kimbrel will become a free agent this winter.
At 34, Kimbrel will likely be looking for a one-year deal to “prove it” during the holiday period and try to re-establish it with his rebounding performance in 2023. Season?
The Boston Red Sox were among the worst in baseball last season. I posted Red Sox ERA diluents with a value of 4.59. Only the Bullpen Kansas City Royals had a higher ERA among AL clubs last season.
