Josh Allen runs an almost unprecedented MVP Challenge as he chases after his MVP trophy.
It was Josh Allen Arguably the best quarterback player in the NFL this chapter. He led the Buffalo Bills to a 5-1 start and collected 1,980 yards (67% completion and 17 touchdowns) as well as just under 260 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.
Allen never won MVP during the first four full seasons of his NFL career (although he she did He finished second in 2020), but his 2022 campaign could be the year he finally takes off.
While we’ll have to wait a little longer to see if he’s finally able to secure his first MVP trophy, one statistic that Allen is so close to achieving it would do wonders in taking home that award this year.

In Week 4, the Bills beat Lamar Jackson and the Ravens 23-20. In Week Six, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs were the ones to land Bills 24-20. After farewell last week, Allen is now set to face Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.
If he finds a way to outsmart Rodgers (which seems highly likely thanks to Allen’s underworld success and Packers struggles), it would be a victory over a former quarterback in a four-game span.
If the feat is accomplished, it will be the first time it has happened since 1996 when Troy Aikman beat Dan Marino, Steve Young and Brett Favre in four matches.
Overall, the NFL is going through a bit of a midsection transition. Rodgers and Tom Brady both struggled on their prime this year, while the smaller crew at Allen and Mahomes began to raise their game even further. Allen and Mahomes use their arms and legs to bolster themselves firmly at the forefront of the MVP debate.
