Microsoft’s most affordable Surface model, the Surface Laptop Go 2, just got cheaper, but only for Cyber Monday. It’s currently on sale for $599.99, instead of the usual $699.99 price at Best Buy. That’s a great savings of $100.
As an affordable Surface device, the Surface Laptop Go 2 is a bit different from last year’s Surface Laptop 5. It’s powered by last year’s 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, along with 8GB of RAM, and a solid-state drive. 128 GB under the hood. . The 12.4-inch touch screen comes with a resolution of 1536 x 1024, and it does not support the Surface Pen. As for the keyboard, while it shares a similar design, look and feel to the flagship Surface Laptop, it’s not backlit. However, there is a fingerprint reader, so you can log into the device securely.
However, it’s set to a 3:2 aspect ratio, and given its Core i5 CPU, this is a great first Surface.
