There is an arrest warrant out for former NFL player Antonio Brown.
Early Thursday morning, multiple reports surfaced that a Hillsborough County arrest warrant was out for the arrest of former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown in connection with a battery incident. Some reported that the accident was a domestic accident.
Many have reported that the Tampa Bay Police are planning to arrest Brown soon.

According to HSCO’s Publicly available command databaseBrown was charged with battery for an accident on November 28. Charge code is 784.03(1)(a)(1), which according to Florida law is a simple battery that details, “actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other.”
According to Hussein and Weber“Penalties can include up to a year in prison, or a probationary sentence not exceeding one year. Unlike other misdemeanors, Florida prosecutors often seek jail terms or probation for even first-time battery offenders.”
The simple battery is different from the domestic batterybut it should be noted that the situation is evolving and the details of the charge(s) may change.
According to Kevin O’Donnell, the incident involved the mother of his children.
The Browns haven’t played in the NFL since last year when he infamously removed his jersey in a game against the Jets and ran off the field, repeatedly raising his hands to let out the crowd. Later, we found out that this was after a disagreement with the then Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach, Bruce Arians, over Brown’s entry into the game and whether or not he was injured.
Previously, Brown had a Checkered history of being involved in various scandals.
