Here’s what the NFC Playoff Picture and NFC Wild Card standings look like after the New York Giants and Washington are tied in Week 13.

Rather than getting any actual action, the potential impact of this first game between the NFC East rivals will be delayed. This is because for the third time since 1960 the Giants-Chiefs game ended in a tie.
