NFL Twitter devastates Deshaun Watson for another Browns loss

Watson threw his first touchdown for the Browns late in the third quarter. By then, Cincinnati already had a huge lead. It was no consolation since he came 17 behind and it took Watson seven quarters to find seven points.

All told, Watson had 276 yards for one touchdown and one interception. He attempted 42 passes, of which he completed 61.9 percent. The Browns’ special teams and defense haven’t been able to make up for the lack of offensive production the way they were in Watson’s first start against Texas last week.

The Browns have had Joe Borough’s number since entering the league. Jacoby Brissett led the way in a 32-13 victory earlier this year. Case Keenum and Baker Mayfield beat Cleveland to beat their major league rivals last year. In 2020, Mayfield has two wins over Borough and Cincinnati.

It turns out that all Burrow needs to discount the QB is Watson instead.

Cleveland is now 5-8 with games against Baltimore, New Orleans, Washington, and Pittsburgh. Their hopes of making the playoffs have been dashed so they will have to view the final four games of the season as a testing ground for Watson and the offense.
