Just over half of the week 14 roster featured divisional matches. More than a few first-place teams have made statements. It’s the latest NFL Power Rankings.

It’s a stretch when it comes to the 103rd NFL season. A total of 14 weeks down and now four weeks left. For the remainder of 2022, there are no more rest days for the 32 clubs.

To date, the Philadelphia Eagles are the only team to conclude a postseason berth. It can change in a hurry. There is Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Night Football in Week 15. How has the latest roster affected the NFL’s power ratings?

Houston Tx 1-11-1

The Texans made the short trip to Arlington and took on the Cowboys. Lovie Smith’s team was once again rowdy and put up a great fight. Quarterback Davis Mills came out briefly and Jeff Driskel threw a 28-yard pass to Amari Rodgers in the second quarter.

Houston held a 23-17 lead after three quarters. The Texans defense could not stop Dallas from driving 98 yards in the final minutes. Make it eight straight losses for the Smith Club.

Chicago Bears 3-10

Sophomore pro Justin Fields was a bright spot for a team that’s currently in the basement of the NFC North and going on a six-game losing streak. He threw for 1,896 yards and 13 scores. He also runs for 905 yards and seven TDs. There were 11 turnovers but the talented playmaker was sacked 40 times.

Indianapolis Colts 4-8-1

This is arguably the most disappointing team in the AFC in 2022. The Colts have won just four games under head coaches Frank Rich and Jeff Saturday. The team also used two starting quarterbacks, Matt Ryan and Sam Ellinger.

A season ago, Indianapolis finished second in the NFL with 33 takeaways. This year, the club leads the league with 26 turnovers and only 12 forced substitutions. The team was outscored 165-81 at half time.

Los Angeles Rams 4-9

last week: W, 17-16 vs. LVR
last ranking: 31

The defending Super Bowl champions lost six straight games in Thursday night’s match-up with the New Raiders. After series one, newly arrived Baker Mayfield took over from John Walford.

Despite the limited preparation, the first overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft fumbled four sacks and threw for 230 yards and one TD. Mayfield found Van Jefferson on a 23-yard touchdown run with 10 seconds to play as the Rams overcame a 13-point deficit.
