McCaffrey benefits with Samuel Out

The NFC West is still up for grabs, but by the slimmest of margins when the San Francisco 49ers head to Lumen Field in Seattle to take on the Seahawks on Thursday Night Football.

With the win, the Niners (9-4) would clinch the division by week 15; A remarkable feat considering they lost their top two starting quarterbacks in Trey Lance and Jimmy Garoppolo over the course of the season.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks hit a buzzsaw at home in Week 14 against the shocked Carolina Panthers, falling 30-24 at home and falling to 7-6 on the season.

The Seahawks have failed to cover in four straight games while the 49ers have not only won four straight against the spread, but are also a perfect 6-0 ATS vs. the NFC West this season.

The rookie quarterback and “Mr. Irrelevant Brock Purdy keeps the Magic for another week and walks away with the division title?

Here’s how the latest odds currently stack up for tonight’s Pacific Northwest game.

BetSided’s Iain MacMillan has got you to bet on Tonight’s Match with his best bet on Thursday Night Football, plus Donnavan Smoot’s all-time favorite scorer bets to choose from. Here, we’ll mix it up with three different Class 49 bets against the Seahawks, which are the best bets available for tonight’s climactic affair with the division on the line.

Best NFL bets for the 49ers vs. the Seahawks

  • Christian McCaffrey 35.5+ receiving yards (-140)
  • You will go over 14.5 yards (-115)
  • All-time top scorer George Kettle (+220)

Christian McCaffrey Over 35.5 receiving yards

The loss of Deebo Samuel may not have stopped Brock Purdy from getting the better of Tom Brady in Week 14, but even against a struggling Seattle defense, it sure isn’t an ideal place to be.

While he fell short in the 49ers’ 35-7 win at home, he finished just 1.5 yards on just three touchdowns. In the previous five weeks, CMC’s range had been as low as six goals per game, to as high as 10; with an infection rate exceeding 35.5 out of 80%.

Across Sharp football analysisSince McCaffrey joined the Niners, they have thrown 61 passes without Samuel on the field, and McCaffrey has seen 30% of the goals. Seattle has also allowed the third most receiving runs (640) this season, ahead only of the Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs.

You will receive over 14.5 yards

Props to my friend Adam Rosenberg for approving these numbers on Dissly and sharing them with the Twitterverse.

Since then, Dissly’s streak has only increased in nearly every book in the country, going from a career-high 14.5 receiving yards to 16.5. While he failed to record a reception again in Week 2 against San Francisco, he went five straight games with an 80% hit rate on the season.

but, via PropsDotCashThe Niners have allowed that figure to reach three of their last four games despite ranking fourth in receiving yards allowed for the position.

George Kittle is the all-time leading scorer for touchdowns

Seattle gave up six touchdowns this season to tight ends, ranking fourth in the NFL with five other teams this season. They’ve also been burned by attitude in the receiving game, too; Allowing fourth-most receiving yards in 14 games.

Anytime TD expert Giles Gallant It also points out that last season against Seattle, Keitel had nine catches for 181 yards and two scores against the Seahawks. He missed an opportunity in Week 2 when Ross Doyley scored against them when he was sitting out with an injury.

With odds above +200, as a highly targeted red zone option without Deebo Samuel available, I love the value Kittle provides on the board tonight.
