Will The Rock, John Cena, and Logan Paul be in Hollywood?

With WrestleMania 39 in April, can wrestling fans expect big stars like The Rock, John Cena, and Logan Paul to appear on the show?

WrestleMania 39, WWE’s premiere two-night live event, will take place at SoFi Stadium near Hollywood on April 1-2. With the New Year upon us, and the Royal Rumble on January 28th, fans are speculating and anticipating what happened. The big matches will take place at WrestleMania. Perhaps the biggest questions are, will Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, John Cena, or Logan Paul appear on the big show.

Fightful Select reported (subscription required) that while WWE wants “The Rock” and Paul to appear at WrestleMania, the outlet has not received confirmation of their attendance.

For Cena, Fightful Select says his status for the event is also unknown. However, they did note that while the recent “inner conversation” has gone on to theory Austin and Paul as potential opponents, there have been a variety of major superstar pushes to work with Cena dating back to this past July. In fact, one pitch the enforcer learned at the time was for Cena to face Cody Rhodes, but they haven’t heard of any updates since the regime changed from the iconic Vince McMahon to Triple H.

Will The Rock, John Cena, and Logan Paul wrestle each other at WWE WrestleMania 39?

“The Rock” has long been planned to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Given that Reigns is the undisputed WWE World Champion, the title would undoubtedly be on the line. But, there is still no confirmation from various outlets whether the wrestler-turned-actor will return for his first full match since WrestleMania 29 in 2013.

Cena recently returned on the December 30 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, teaming with Kevin Owens to take on Reigns and Sami Zayn in the main event. Cena and Owens were victorious after Cena hit an Attitude Adjustment on Reigns, and Owens pinned Zayn with a Stunner.

Rhodes, on the other hand, is recovering from a torn pectoral muscle last June. He notably competed with The Ripped Muscle against Seth Rollins in a Hell in a Cell match at the titular event, earning universal acclaim.

As for Paul, he wrestled with WWE again in October, where he lost an Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match against Reigns at Crown Jewel.

We should get a clearer picture of WrestleMania’s plans once we get closer to the Royal Rumble. After all, this is the show when we find out who will challenge for the WWE Undisputed World Championship or the Raw/SmackDown Women’s Title at WrestleMania.
