Chris Middleton Injury Update: Recovery Time for an MCL Sprain

Middleton underwent an MRI on Thursday, April 21 to check the severity of the injury. So how long is the Milwaukee star expected to miss?

ESPN’s top NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski has stated that Middleton will be reassessed in the next two weeks, which means he will miss the rest of the Milwaukee series in the first round against Chicago.

The said injury occurred in the fourth quarter, as Middleton slipped while driving toward the basket. Middleton eventually left to the locker room.

Sadly, this wasn’t the only injury the Bucks sustained in game two. Bobby Portes got an eye injury from Tristan Thompson’s elbow in the first half, leaving him covered in blood. Portes was ruled out for the remainder of the match due to what the team described as right eye erosion. It is not known if Portis will ever be missed.
