Tom Brady says ‘Football is hard’ in an Instagram post after the loss

One of the all-time NFL greats seems to have a lot on his mind these days. Tom Brady and the Buccaneers have lost three of their last four matches.

It was a different year for one of the greats. There was retirement and then back. But not all is well when it comes to quarterbacks that are synonymous with consistency.

On Monday, Brady took to Instagram with this message.

Over the past few weeks, there has been quite a bit of news regarding ageless superstar Tom Brady. Much of that had to do with speculation regarding his personal life. It’s a reminder that professional athletes are human first and foremost.

On Sunday, the Bucs were expected to take over in Pittsburgh against a team that was losing 35 points in Buffalo. During his stellar career, Brady had his share of success against the Steelers. He held the record 12-3 starter in 15 previous matches – three of those victories in AFC title matches.

As it has been for most of the season, The Tampa Bay crime was tepid. Brady finished the day by completing 25 of 40 passes for 243 yards and one score. He flopped once (no spin) and was sacked twice in a 20-18 loss as the team only managed to go down once – and that came with only 4:38 left in the game.

The Bucs are now 3-3 after a 2-0 start. The veteran signal caller threw only eight TD passes (one interception) in six games. He was fired nine times and lost two touches. Not long ago, he was dealing with his frustrations on a Microsoft tablet. On Sunday in Pittsburgh, he let some of his colleagues hear it.

Yes, football is really difficult. That’s why there are very few talented enough to play the game. For Tom Brady, it may have been more difficult in 2022 because there are more challenges away from the game. It will be interesting to see how things go.
