Strength Ranking Best Performance of an NBA Season

The first two 50-point games of the NBA season came on Sunday but there have been plenty of other big games so far this year. Who has the best?

NBA fans received their first 50-point game of the season, just hours apart. First, Darius Garland did everything he could to make up for Donovan Mitchell’s absence, losing 51 points in a 129-124 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Then Joel Embiid finished 59 in a 105-98 victory over the Utah Jazz.

This may have been the first 50-point game of the 2022-23 NBA season but it’s far from the only baselines we’ve seen. Combing through the box results since opening night, here’s how the season’s best singles rank so far.

Who has the best game of the 2022-23 NBA season so far?

5. Therese Maxi vs. Toronto Raptors, October 28, 2022

44 points – 8 rebounds – 4 assists – 1 steal – 15 out of 20 shots

Maxi’s amazing score streak in the box against the Raptors gets even more awesome if you focus on your shot numbers. Finish the game 15 of 20 from the field, including 6 of 8 on 2 throws, 9 of 12 on 3 throws and 5 of 6 on the free throw line. It was easily the best offensive performance of his young career and amazing shooting. This game also had a tinge of revenge on it, two days after Maxey scored 31 points, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds in a 10-point loss to the Raptors.

4. Luka Doncic vs. Portland Trail Blazers, November 12, 2022

42 points – 13 rebounds – 10 assists – 2 steals – 1 block

You can choose what suits you best from Luka Doncic games this season. This was his third 40-point game of the year, and his third hat-trick Second 40 double triple point. (Aside, this was the fourth 40-point triple-double of his career, and at age 23, it puts him fifth on the all-time list, two points behind LeBron James.) We’re going to give this game an edge over his other game this season because he scored more points with fewer shots.

3. Ja Morant vs. Houston Rockets, October 21, 2021

49 points – 8 assists – 4 rebounds – 1 steal – 2 pieces

Morant is a human highlighting machine and has made more than a few in assembling this funny base line. He basically got wherever he wanted against the Rockets’ defense and finished with 22 points in the paint. He’s also hit 5 of 6 from outside the arc, but the way he, as a 6-foot-3 goalkeeper, can completely control a defense with his inside scoring is completely unique.

2. Steve Curry vs. Sacramento Kings, November 11, 2022

47 points – 8 rebounds – 8 assists – 0 turns – 17 of 24 shots

Carey had some masterpieces in his career but this was among the best. Finish 17 of 24 from the field – 10 of 12 on two throws, 7 of 12 from behind the arc and 6 of 7 from the free throw line, all without a single turn. By Game Score, this was it Sixth best match From Carey’s legendary career.

1. Joel Embiid vs. Utah Jazz, November 13, 2022

59 points – 11 rebounds – 8 assists – 1 steal – 7 blocks

This game from Embiid was the impetus for this entire workout and ultimate performance on a goddess level. In addition to Monster Boxes’ total points, 18 of 23 were two-pointers and 20 of 24 from the free throw line. The Jazz made 17 mistakes in the match and Embiid tied 13 of them.

The combination of blocks and aids, in particular, places this in a unique historical area and Embiid is first player To reach these standards since he started tracking blocks during the 1973-1974 season. According to Game Score, he is the seventh-best single performer of the three-point era, trailing only Jordan 69 and 59, Kobe 81, Karl Malone 61, Devin Booker 70 and James Harden’s triple-60 points.
