Davante Adams looks exactly what the beams have lost

The passing Green Bay Packers struggled in Wek 1, and Davante Adams showed what they lost in the Las Vegas Raiders-Los Angeles Chargers.

One of the many big deals to happen this season has included wide receiver Davante Adams. Having spent his entire career with the Green Bay Packers, Adams was dealt with the Las Vegas Raiders and was awarded a five-year contract extension worth $140 million. Although contract negotiations did not go well, Packers Adams’ loss was always huge.

In the first week, Adams played his first official match with the Raiders, where they faced the Los Angeles Chargers. Just take a look at the route Adams runs, and how many yards he took after reception.

Let’s take a look at how the packs performed against the Minnesota Vikings.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a relatively new wide receiving corps. Allen Lazard and Randall Cope remained, but the team added Sammy Watkins, Romeo Dobbs and Christian Watson. Speaking of Watson, the Novice in the second round had a touchdown on what was a beautiful pass for Rodgers. Instead, Watson dropped it.

Rodgers was visibly frustrated on the sidelines, being stopped at just 76 yards in the first half.

Back in the Raiders game, Adams scored his first touchdown with the team, taking a three-yard pass from quarterback Derek Carr to cut Las Vegas’ deficit to 24-19.

The Raiders brought in Adams to build on their playoff run last season, which ended in a Wild Card Round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, eventual AFC champions. By bringing in Adams, he reunites with former Fresno state quarterback at Carr, both of whom set shocking numbers during their time on the show.

In the first game of the 2022 campaign, Adams Green Bay showed what they had lost.
